This cold, pizza-style appetizer is a refreshing change from heavier Christmas fare.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package crescent roll dough, unrolled and divided into triangles
  • 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
  • ¼ cup light sour cream
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise-style salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
  • ¼ cup diced bell pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped broccoli florets
  • ⅓ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1: Preheat Pizzello oven to 375℉(190℃).

Step 2: Arrange crescent roll triangles in the shape of a Christmas tree on a baking sheet. Pierce dough with a fork.

Step 3: Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool while making the topping.

Step 4: Mix cream cheese, sour cream, salad dressing, and dressing mix together. Spread mixture over the cooled crescent tree. Top with bell pepper, broccoli, and Cheddar cheese. Chill for at least 1 hour.
